Well, we have tossed around the idea of having a blog as a way to keep our friends and family updated on the progress of our missions journey. Today, we have decided to "go for it!" The purpose of this blog will be to inform those interested as to what is going on in our journey, and what is going on in the arena of bible translation.
We are excited to be used by God to reach the unreached people of SE Asia!! We are humbled that He uses us and are constantly reminded that "God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong." 1 Cor 1:27
Peter will be using his skills in Aviation to help speed the work of bible translation in SE Asia. SE Asia is the largest area of need for bible translation!! There are hundreds of languages without even a single word of the bible translated! We are looking forward to be a part of His work there.
We are thankful for the many prayer and financial partners that have joined our team thus far! We are still a long way from our goal of reaching 100% of our monthly budget by July of this year. Please pray about how God might be leading you to join with us in this work. We cannot go without people like you standing with us!
